Submission Guidelines.
You may submit a project up to 10 images with no entry fee, however, entrants are not guaranteed inclusion in the exhibition by submitting an entry. Depending on the number and the quality of the entries received, the work of an entrant may or may not be curated into the show.

Image File Specifications:
File Format: Save the images as JPEG files.
Image Size: Ensure that the longest side of each image is 1200 pixels.
Resolution: Set the resolution to 72 pixels per inch (ppi).
File Size: The file size of each image should not exceed 1 MB.
Borders and Watermarks: Make sure the images do not include any borders or watermarks.
File Naming:
Name image file as follows: First name_Last name (given name then surname)_Imagetitle (and a number if there is an order)
Example: Jason_Smith_Photo01
Printing for selected artists:
Entrants chosen for the exhibition will be requested to submit their selected photograph as a high-resolution TIFF (or JPEG) file through Wetranfer.com. The chosen images will carefully printing as ๐๐ข๐๐ฅรฉ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ by the professional fine art printing house in Thailand, certified by ILFORD. However, as a non-profit with limited financial resources, we can not unfortunately pay for the production of the print. Participating artists will be responsible for covering the exhibition production fee, which includes the costs of printing, mounting, and installation of their artwork.
The exhibition production fee is determined based on the longer side of the artwork:
Artwork with a longer side of up to 17 inches: $35
Artwork with a longer side of up to 24 inches: $65
Please note that the fees mentioned above cover the professional printing of the artwork on high-quality materials to ensure the best presentation in the exhibition. Artists can rest assured that their creations will be treated with utmost care and precision during the printing process.
**Kindly Note: We will make every effort to maximize and organize our budget effectively, with the aim of reducing the production costs of the print.
***As we promised, with the supported by ILFORD Thailand, by significantly reducing the production costs for the exhibition production fee. As a result, we are pleased to offer 17-inch prints at price of $25 and 24-inch prints at the rate of $50. (updated 8/2/23)

The artist maintains full copyright ownership of their own images. By submitting photographs for exhibition, Contemporary of Photography Art (COPA) the nonexclusive permission to utilize, print, and reproduce the submitted digital files solely for the purposes of the exhibition. This includes promoting the artist, supporting related programs, and displaying the images on COPA's website, social media platforms, and online exhibition archives. Wherever the photographs are presented, the artist's name and photo title will always be included.
